Host/Hostess-Run Weekend Kids Party Package — $450
Sit back, relax, and truly enjoy your child’s special day while our experienced hosts take care of the fun! We’ll keep the kids engaged with a custom craft of your choice, guide them step-by-step through the project, and manage the flow of the party so you can feel like a guest at your own event. Best of all, you’ll never feel rushed — your party experience is designed to be stress-free and memorable from start to finish.
Party Craft Options Include
Spin Art on 8" x 8" Canvas
Children will create their masterpiece on an 8" x 8" canvas using our custom-built spin art machine. They’ll add paint and glitter to make each project truly special and one-of-a-kind.Jewelry-Making Station
Each guest will create one jewelry piece in the style of their choice. Guests may select from 3–5 charms and bead options to personalize their design.Jewelry style choices may include:

• Keychain (optional)Custom-Cut Wood Designs
Choose from custom-cut wood projects such as bedroom door signs and shelf sitters — inspired by your child’s favorite theme, character style, or activity. Each design is crafted to match their personality, creating a keepsake they’ll treasure long after the party.Tie-Dye Creations
Kids will have a blast designing their own vibrant tie-dye wearable.
You may either:
• Provide the items to be dyed (washed in advance works best), or
• Purchase garments through The Beetch Barn for an additional cost per piece.
Sizes must be supplied in advance so we can have everything prepared and ready for the party.

You’re welcome to have refreshments available at any time during the party. (Refreshments are not included.)

The Weekend Party Package is $450 for up to 15 children.
Additional children may be added for $15 per child.Tie-dye garment pricing is not included in the party package rate and varies depending on the item selected.
Sew Crafty Party Package
Sew Crafty Party Package
$450.00
One custom sewing project per child (chosen in advance) including all supplies.
- This 3-4 hour party includes all the time and supplies needed to create the chosen craft. (The party isn't over until the project is complete and the cake is enjoyed!)
Welcome and Setup
- Intro to Sewing: Is a short, fun tutorial on basic sewing skills, such as threading a sewing machine/needle, making a simple stitch, and tying off the thread. Each child is starts with a scrap of fabric and is taught how to run basic stitches to get familiar their sewing machines.
Sewing Projects
Each child can work on a simple sewing project, such as:
- Recycled Jean Bags: Created from thrifted jeans this mini-tote bag has become one of the Beetch Barns most popular crafts! The attendees choose their liner and "belt" fabrics and can decorate their bag with buttons,beads or fabric paint.
- Stuffed Animal or Doll: pre-cut fabric pieces that the children can sew together and stuff to make their own plush toy. They can then use "Fabric Markers" to customize their new friend.
- Personalized Pillow: A small pillow that each child can sew and decorate with their name or favorite designs.
Parents and Guardians are encouraged to assist small children when necessary.
After the craft is complete, the group will move over to our party table to enjoy the 2nd half of the party.
