Host/Hostess Run Weekend Kids Party Package-$450
Sit back, relax, and truly enjoy your child’s special day while our experienced hosts take care of the fun! We’ll keep the kids engaged with a custom craft of your choice, guide them step by step through the project, and manage the flow of the party so you can feel like a guest at your own event. Best of all, you’ll never feel rushed—your party experience is designed to be stress-free and memorable from start to finish.
One custom craft of choice per child (chosen in advance) including all craft supplies.

- This 3-hour party includes all the supplies needed to create the chosen craft.
- No sharp tools are ever used in the assembly of any craft.
- Chosen craft is taught step by step and age-appropriate.
- Our Hosts assist children when necessary.
- After the craft is complete, the group can enjoy the 2nd half of the party ie: cake, cupcakes, etc., while the projects dry.
- **Obviously, you are welcome to have your refreshments available for the duration of the party. (refreshments not included)
The weekend Party Package is $450.00 (15 children maximum $15.00 per additional child attending craft party)

One custom sewing project per child (chosen in advance) including all supplies.
- This 3-4 hour party includes all the time and supplies needed to create the chosen craft. (The party isn't over until the project is complete and the cake is enjoyed!)
Welcome and Setup
- Intro to Sewing: Is a short, fun tutorial on basic sewing skills, such as threading a sewing machine/needle, making a simple stitch, and tying off the thread. Each child is starts with a scrap of fabric and is taught how to run basic stitches to get familiar their sewing machines.
Sewing Projects
Each child can work on a simple sewing project, such as:
- Recycled Jean Bags: Created from thrifted jeans this mini-tote bag has become one of the Beetch Barns most popular crafts! The attendees choose their liner and "belt" fabrics and can decorate their bag with buttons,beads or fabric paint.
- Stuffed Animal or Doll: pre-cut fabric pieces that the children can sew together and stuff to make their own plush toy. They can then use "Fabric Markers" to customize their new friend.
- Personalized Pillow: A small pillow that each child can sew and decorate with their name or favorite designs.
Parents and Guardians are encouraged to assist small children when necessary.
After the craft is complete, the group will move over to our party table to enjoy the 2nd half of the party.
